L’accueil du personnel a été très chaleureux et bienveillant. Après un trekking et alors que nous avions quitté l’hôtel le matin , il nous a été proposé de revenir prendre une douche avant de poursuivre notre voyage en bus . Une jolie attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée .

La localisation, éloignée du centre de sapa , au bord des rizières.

Laxsik is located in a great spot a short ride from the main town of Sapa, it is a little oasis and great to escape to after a day of exploring. They provide a car that will pick you up and take you into town for a very reasonable price. It is also easy to get a Grab from town to lodge.

Can't really say anything bad - sound travels in the valley where the lodge is located and unfortunately the awful sound of karaoke can be heard at times

Sicuramente la posizione

Staff non preparato , Piscina disorganizzata mangiare non all’altezza per i soldi che chiedono staff non parla neanche l’inglese , non puoi chiedere tutti questi soldi mentre stai anche ristrutturando la tua location, operai da tutte le parti rumori Trapani, un vero casino

There are very nice staffs, lovely cat family(mum &3kitten),super great scenery. Just little bit far from city center,but I enjoy calm and peaceful air. They also have transport drive, whenever needed use car(not free acess:)) I& my parents are very happy to be there.

Tout, tout était exceptionnel. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et la vue est sublime. Les logements sont uniques et vous permettront de vous plonger dans la culture montagnarde.

Prachtige ligging met prachtig uitzicht Super vriendelijk personeel Eten in restaurant was lekker, mogelijkheid om buiten te eten, zowel ontbijt als lunch/diner Heel goed bed Zeer mooie tuin

Muffe geur in kamer Terras rond zwembad dringend aan vernieuwing toe ( planken zakken door en liggen los gestruikeld en voet serieus pijn gedaan) Badkamer onder water als je gedoucht hebt, douchekraan heel moeilijk om op temperatuur te houden. Hadden prijs gevraagd voor privé transfer naar Hanoi was 4000.000VD, daags voordien ineens 4.500.000 (personeel belde toch nog eens naar eigenaar/manager of het ok was voor 4000.000€ maar ging niet akkoord) Zelf privé transfer geboekt via 12go voor 3200.000VD. Uur later kregen we telefoon van de receptie dat 4.000.000VD toch ok was. Dergelijke praktijken zijn teleurstellend en niet wat je verwacht van een hotel. Men is nog aan het bijbouwen, onderhoud eerst de kamers die je op vandaag hebt
