"Nice hotel, great views, amazing pool but pricing model gives it a greedy feeling"

Amazing view, nice infinity pool, friendly staff, baby kittens in the reception❤️

You have to pay additional to have a proper coffee in the breakfast, they charge additional for many services, instead of adding service and tax charge in the menus you can directly write the full price

"Stunning views and peaceful, quiet retreat."

Stunning hotel with gorgeous views across the valley. Very staff and we were offered a free upgrade which was great!

The hotel is out of Sapa central which makes it quiet and peaceful but some transfers did not offer hotel pick up and drop off as it was out of town so factor this in.

Great, quiet location but only 6km into town

Our weather wasn't great...so Fansipan could have been alot better....not complaining though...it was still spectacular

"Gut eingerichtetes Hotel in prächtiger Lage mit mittelmässigem Restaurant."

Tolle Lage über einem wunderbaren Tal, das leider immer mehr verbaut wird. Superior Zimmer sehr schön und gross mit Balkon.

Essen im Restaurant von mittelmäßiger Qualität. Kein Hotelshuttle ins ca 5 km entfernte Sapa.

Allen voran ist das sehr freundliche Personal zu nennen. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit und immer sehr zuvorkommend. Die ganze Anlage ist mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und das Highlight ist der Pool mit Blick auf die Reisterrassen und die Berge. Wir haben eine tolle Tour mit einer lokalen Führerin durch die Natur im Hotel gebucht, die absolut zu empfehlen ist.

"Disappointing stay"

The lication is beautiful, the staff is very kindly.

The entire stay in the room was 18-19 degrees despite the air cond. that was"running" the whole time. Our room was next to a noisy construction area, despite our request for a quiet room. The shower area is not been cleaned of limescale. Inflexibility to change excursions due to weather.
