"Great location. Paradise. Fabulous Views."

This hotel is so beautiful. 🤩 The Deluxe Room was perfect overlooking the valley. The garden are fabulous. The meals and service were excellent. Everyone was so nice and kind. They even went out of their way to help with advice on trips, book a scooter and more. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s outside of town but not far. That’s a huge bonus as it’s peaceful but close to town.

Everything was perfect. Excellent staff.

Het hotel staat op een prachtige plek en de kamer is van alle luxe voorzien (uitzicht, groot bed, bad etc). Zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten.

Er wordt flink gebouwd maar daar merk je alleen wat van als je bij het zwembad bent.

"Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would strongly advise against staying here."

The only positive aspect of this place were the two dogs – they were friendly and fun to watch playing around.

I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to warn others. First of all, the photos are highly misleading and do not reflect reality at all. The place looks charming online, but in reality it is poorly maintained and far from what is advertised. The food was simply a disaster. Very low quality, lacking freshness and taste – completely unacceptable for this price range. The room conditions were shocking. We encountered cockroaches and even mice inside the room, which is absolutely unacceptable under any standard. The bathroom situation was even worse – a strong, unbearable smell with no proper ventilation. It made using the bathroom extremely uncomfortable. What makes this even more frustrating is the price. The quality-to-price ratio is terrible. For the same money, you can stay in the center of Sapa in a proper 5-star hotel in a Junior Suite with a significantly higher standard.

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, vue magnifique sur les rizières, calme du lieu, taille et qualité de la chambre, petit-déjeuner somptueux, piscine.

Prix un peu cher, mais offre cette qualité d’hôtel.

Un séjour exceptionnel, les chambres sont impeccables tournées vers la vallée ( une vue a coupé le souffle) Le personnel ++ La chaîne de service est impeccable (location de scooter, ménage, linge, aide quotidienne, service à table ect) Le petit déjeuner est excellent
