PodShare San Diego

Great experience. My first time in. Hostel style experience and I was extremely comfortable

I had early work downtown and have stayed at Podshare in other cities so thought I'd give the San DIego location a try. The location is good and I was lucky enough to get a free parking space across the street.

Unfortunately, the interior was very stuffy with bad air flow and smelled a bit musty. The room was smaller than another Podshare locations that I had experience with and noise carried from the community area to the room. I also felt that the rooms didn't feel clean.

Great location to Restaurants and Coffeeshops. Little Italy would always be my favorite place to stay in San Diego. Also you can cook your own meals at Podshare if you want to save money or picky about food.

I wish the trolley stop would be 3 blocks closer. Public markets like Ralphs is like a 30 minute walk. Sta Fe Depot is a good walk but not too bad

they forgot to mention that some rooms don’t have a full wall. when I stand up on my bed I could see the front door or into the kitchen. I don’t know where they took the pictures but it was not how it look in reality. I could hear everything! People were playing tv loudly. bathroom and toilet doesn’t look as nice as in the picture. also outlets that were supposed to be for us didn’t work so we needed to charge on different places

Afuera siempre olía a pipi, falta de limpieza, yo tuve que poner papel en el baño como 3 veces, espacios incómodos

Nothing! If I could rate -10, I would. The photos are so far away from the reality, the whole place looks dirty, is dark, messy, stinky, our pillow had stains, there are just two bathrooms with bad smell and so uncomfortable. Bad function of energy because of my phone didn’t charge correctly. We couldn’t feel safe, we were two women and the roommates were only men, there wasn’t any privacy because our bedroom’s wall was a thin one, which separated from the common area, so you could hear all the noise from outside. The kitchen had same bad conditions, the soap was water in a soap’s bottle! I don’t understand why the qualification on Booking, and how Booking accept this kind of places?! For sure, I didn’t slept here, and I’m waiting my refund 😤
