Excellent room facilities. Loved location, the free daily cocktails. The super friend tour coordinator located at lobby. For 5 hr car around Hangzhou only US$50. For whole day to wuzhen n xizha US $100 and to airport for 5 plus 10 luggage is only $250..

"Good location. Room layout can be better."

The hotel staff were all very efficient. It is close to Xi Hu and its attractions. It is also near to shopping malls and one will not lack choices in terms of food.

The room's layout took a while to get used to . The room size is fine, but I find it strange that it has so many partitions. I would prefer an open concept, rather than an enclosed study, for example. Maybe this is meant for the business crowd.

The location on booking.com is incorrect. And the front desk didn’t give the deposit back as we forgot to ask too. Until now, the property hasn’t feedback us yet.
