During my breakfast, the lights suddenly went out and didn't come back. Hope that not happen again.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of Chinese and Western foods. Creative and modern lobby seating and decor, nice complementary drinks too in afternoon.

Map location on Google maps for hotel is incorrect but correct on Apple maps. The hotel isn’t on the West Lake but it is about 10 minutes away by foot. It is just a couple of blocks from it so still good for us since we could pass by a lot of shops on the way to eat or buy things. A nice mall is a block away with Uniqlo, Starbucks, and many restaurants.

Hotel is good. But, the address on the hotels.com and the real location is different. In the app, hotel is located just nearby the west lake, but actual location is 2 blocks away from the west lake. It made me confusing when I find the hotel.

The hotel is very modern, the room is very spacious. There is even Robert room service! Very convenient location. But there is an overnight bar across the street and it can get really noisy in early mornings. The car honks, people talking and laughing, woke me up every night.
