Good location in the Adelaide CBD. But given there are probably 50 other real hotels with equally or better locations in the CBD that is hardly a recommendation.

This is an air b and b style accommodation. I was not aware of this until after making the booking on Booking.com. That should be made obvious prior to booking. So no front counter reception. All communication remotely via endless email/texts. Finding the key lock box was a pain. Noisy plumbing. Pretty dank and well worn.

The room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable, it was secure from the street.

The walk from the elevator to our room felt like a horror movie in 'the backrooms'. It felt like a high rise carpark and was a bit creepy. Also could hear people in the next room talking and moving about.
