"The apartment was in an excellent location, walking distance to Rundle Mall and great cafes and restaurants."

The location. Close to the airport.

Floors were very dirty. Wifi was not working. Pillows were no good.

"Spacious bedroom and lounge, easy check in with no human contact"

I liked it most about this property is parking my car easily with accessible card. Itโ€™s located in heart of Adelaide city.

Bad smell of this property you need to improve other than this place is amazing to live.

"Check-in was a bit of a task. On on morning we had to evacuate at about 5:00am due to fire alarms."

It was quite a task finding everything for people who did not know the area. First we had to find the apartment, then the car park, then the lockbox, then code for the lockbox, then code for the inside lockbox, then the scan cards for the Upark, then the apartment. We were in two cars, it was getting dark, we were tired and just trying to read the codes with poor eyesight was difficult. It would be better to have somebody at a reception desk. Also, there was no assistance when scan cards didnโ€™t work at U park.
