You offered me a $200 rebate on a property I didn't stay at, which cost me $900 for 4 nights, then offered me the same accommodation for 4 nights, but at $1800 because it was Adelaide Fringe festival. Theiving barstards!

The location, size of apartment, ease of instructions from getting into apartment car parking etc , communication the company and having everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Highly recommend

Haven't stayed yet but it seems a mission just to get to the room 😞 Keep the curtains closed to protect the RUG 😂 it says what am I in for ? And it's getting better 😞 hit me up for a $250 damage fee then when looking on booking.com where I made the reservation it states parking....well go figure there is none available but been advised there is tomorrow for a fee. F..../O.. I'm scared of what's to come, well it gets worse cum stains on underlay female period stains also behind the washing machine dirty shitty and bloody females nickers, laundry cabinet under troth filth.... Very noisy not well insulated could hear people coming and going all night. kitchen cupboards dirty, a upark card that didn't work I hope I get my deposit back I do not recommend

I hate self - check in's! You have to go to a parking building down a one way lane with no ability to park, to access a lock box, to get your car park card, and keys to the apartment! If you were on your own this would be almost impossible! Due to the open galleried nature of the complex's construction, this weekend's rain event meant that most of the outside passageways were wet and slippery, and frankly dangerous. I also didn't appreciate the constant emails asking us to either invest in the property, or leave them excellent reviews.

There was everything I expected in an apartment no faults to be found.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Adelaide. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — it’s very close to Rundle Mall and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you need in the city centre. If you’re looking for convenience, this place ticks that box.

However, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived at 4pm (check-in is 3pm), but our room was not ready. The cleaners appeared to just be starting, and even after we told them we were happy to wait, the room was still not properly cleaned. It was also not clearly advertised that they would require a damage deposit, which was surprising. Even more surprising was the fact that the cups and plates in the kitchen were not clean — something you would expect to be spotless, especially from a property that asks for a damage deposit. At night, the rooms get very hot. The air conditioning is only in the living area and doesn’t reach the bedroom properly. One bedroom had a fan, but it wasn’t working. It was only replaced the next day after we complained. Another major issue was the toilet exhaust fan — it is extremely loud. If someone uses the bathroom at night, the noise will wake everyone up. It’s very hard to have uninterrupted sleep. The towels were also disappointing. They were not white and didn’t feel hotel-standard, particularly considering the required damage deposit. There were no bathroom floor towels provided, and when we used one of the smaller towels to prevent slipping, we were charged $40. If you only need a basic place to sleep and want to be near the city centre — and don’t mind noise and cleanliness issues — this might work for you. Otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
