The location was fabulous. The young people staying and living in the apartment block were very friendly and courteous. The building security was good and easy to use.

Location was good - albeit a noisy building.

Dirty floors, terrible flat pillows and uncomfortable mattress (I now have shoulder pain and tightness after this unit), noisy, dirty balcony, lounge had no back cushions - very uncomfortable, no space for a suitcase in main bedroom - would not stay again - worst experience in a long time.

The location is absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of things.

The check-in procedures were extremely poor. I see that other reviewers have made the same comment. You have to collect the keys from the lockbox over the road in a garage. Check in is at 3, and we were trying the lock box from about 230. Apparently they had sent an SMS regarding the form needed to complete the digital guidebook. This did not arrive to me, so I received a reminder email while I was travelling internationally. Had to fill in the forms at Adelaide Airport, and it was very complicated and annoying. The keys were not delivered to the lockbox until after 330. I would not want to be travelling alone, and having to find my way to a seedy garage to pick up keys, especially at night. They need to sort out this procedure. It would definitely stop me staying here again. The bathroom extractor fan was extremely noisy. If someone was in the bathroom, you could barely hear anything else in the rest of the apartment. It was so noisy that it made us realise what London during the blitz would’ve been like. Aid sirens going off every night! When my husband got up to use the toilet in the middle of the night, he used his phone as a torch rather than turn the light on because it automatically started at the fan and he didn’t want to wake everyone. This is quite a good apartment, but I feel that fittings and finishings have been done on the cheap, and it is starting to show.

The location was amazing and the room had everything we needed for our stay. The clothes washing machine was so handy for our several night stay. The communication from the Hosts/owners was great. We will be booking here again

some of the roads were closed due to a community event so i had to change my planned route in the car but besides that it was great, parking was easy and convenient

Location was excellent, very close to everything and convenient. Service and communication was great and very prompt, we needed some extra towells and toiletries and they were dropped off to us.

Apartment was quite basic, but clean and had everything you needed. We went to WOMAD so were hardly in the room, so was ideal.
