"Great location, cleanliness needs some work."

Canโ€™t fault the location - the rooms were relatively clean. Lots of communication (maybe too much at times as I feel I received about a million notifications).

The process of getting the key - a little bit confusing and in a random location. The external hallways in the building were so strange, a little eerie and dark honestly. The couch definitely needed replacing, it was filthy and I couldnโ€™t bring myself to use it or let my children use it. Cups were dirty, had to rewash.

"Comfortable , quiet one night stay in central location"

Central location, car park across road, all amenities , quiet even in middle of city.

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, some instructions were difficult to navigate re parking, entry and different lift entry/exits

The room (4.68) was very clean and very welcoming. The dryer and washer are a fantastic addition and the shower pressure was fantastic. Everything I used worked beautifully. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The room was very quiet! Great value for money and great location, only a 2 minute walk from Rundle Mall.

To get to the room requires going into an apartment complex from York Street, taking a lift and walking through quite dark and isolating corridors to get to your room. The corridors are quite industrial, but they do have CCTV cameras. It would also be good to be given a direct contact for the stay to facilitate easy communication.
