Excellent level of personal service from the proprietors. Spacious, comfortable bedroom. Free off-road parking. A short level walk to the town centre.

"All round perfect place to stay in Dumfries 😊"

Sally & Ian were amazing, such great hosts! We didn’t want for anything. The room was great, clean and comfortable, breakfast was yummy. Location very close to town and train station.

"Perfect relaxing base for exploring Dumfries & Galloway"

Everything was so flexible & friendly, especially the breakfast choice & service. The place was spotlessly clean throughout & extra-large double bed was very comfortable. Lots of little extras like a drinks fridge & booking our first night's restaurant table when we were feeling a bit frazzled.

If there's a b & b anywhere where the hosts are more attentlve, i've yet to visit it. A real gem of a place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the town centre make this a great place to come. We have been twice now and there is sure to be a third when we revisit Dumfries.

"Perfect"

Not often lost for words but I am this time! Absolutely fantastic place,Ian and Sally could not do enough for you.Everything was just right and every detail thought of. My wife is vegan and was not only catered for brilliantly but even had her own box of snacks etc in our room. Breakfast amazing and using top notch ingredients and freshly cooked. Three minute walk from train station but set on a very quiet road.Five minute walk into Dumfries centre. We came on train but I could see no problem in off road parking at the front. And I said I was lost for words.......

As we say in these parts....nowt!

"A little gem"

I stayed for two nights and couldn’t have been looked after better Sally & Ian were the perfect hosts. Great location too. Spoilt for choice at breakfast and a nice vegan option. The whole place is spotless with a nice modern bathroom. Lots of little extras. Very happy with our choice.

"Excellent, a treat to stay there."

Great location near to town centre. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, room was just right and the en-suite was ideal. Breakfast was really first class and hosts were courteous and helpful at all times, couldn't ask for more highly recommended.
