A very impressive house in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk to the centre. A comfortable room with hotel-type amenities. Sally and Ian were brilliant hosts - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent.

Sally & Ian are amazingly warm and helpful hosts. I wasn’t looking forward to this particular work trip that much but I left having had a great time due to their hospitality. Cozy comfy room, plenty of space & great location and the breakfasts are epic.

It was a great b and b.The hosts Ian and Sally were lovely and could not do enough for you.They went out of their way for you.A chocolate croissant to take on my walk and a fridge with soft drinks downstairs you could help yourself to. I had the double room and it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.If you are staying in Dumfries you should definitely stay here

I had a lovely welcome and could check in early. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Good quality products and plentiful.
