Cleanliness, efficiency of staff, friendliness Lou on reception was amazing. Our first room had viewings of a wall. She immediately gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Much appreciated

Lots of steps to room although golf buggies were easily accessible to get up and down the incline

Power bel the best he nice guy I had a really great experience staying here, and a big part of that was thanks to the bel. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and he gave helpful recommendations around the area which made the trip even better. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a very relaxed vibe. Overall, it felt more personal compared to staying in a big hotel. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a warm, genuine host. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel, walking distacnce to Pating beach. But what stand outs here are the hospitality of staffs. We were given complimentary early checkin and a room upgrade as we had an infant with us. Everyone around were mindful of little one including for his food which is a big thing for a new mom. Thank you 😊
