Stayed for two nights for my sister’s birthday. We were welcomed by a very sweet decorated room and a cake placed in the room upon arrival. Hotel staff were amazing, very courteous and helpful. Anyone would do above and beyond to make our stay wonderful from the reception, the concierge and especially I wanted to thank Mr Abu from the restaurant team who took great care of us, the man is a professional, kudos team Andaman see you again !

Just one suggestion if a beach bag could be provided along with beach towels would be more convenient.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Je ne connaissais pas cette marque du groupe Accor et j’ai été agréablement surpris : c’est un bon compromis entre un Ibis Styles et un Mercure. L’ensemble de l’établissement est décoré avec goût et la chambre était spacieuse et confortable et piscine au top . Mention spéciale pour l’accueil, qui a été tout simplement incroyable.

Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas vraiment adapté à une clientèle européenne, avec un manque de diversité. De plus, la charcuterie, le fromage et les jus ne semblent pas être correctement conservés, surtout dans une salle où la température est assez élevée (environ 26°C).
