Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket - Handwritten Collection

I had a wonderful stay at Andaman Beach Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Bel checked us in, and he was absolutely lovely—so helpful, full of good energy, and made us feel right at home. As an Accor explorer member, I was pleasantly surprised when they honoured my benefits with a suite upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. But the real highlight was the view—we had a gorgeous outlook over both the town and the beach. Perfect for soaking up the Patong atmosphere from a peaceful vantage point. Great location, solid service, and a team that clearly cares about their guests. I’d happily stay here again. Attaching a few photos of the view and the room!

La seule chose que je peux dire de bien c’est le monsieur à la réception qui était gentil

Alors je ne sais pas par où commencer. Nous somme arrivées dans une chambre en passant par un couloir sale ! Arrivée dans la chambre la clim faisait un bruit d’avion. Mon mari travaillant dedans savait que c’était un problème moteur il n’a rien dit et a fait intervenir une personne qui est resté 30 secondes avant de dire que c’était ok ??! On rappelle à la réception et on lui demande ce qu’il se passe et donc il nous change de chambre. Arrivée dans l’autre chambre, c’est encore pire moisissure, chambre sale, cheveux … et en plus de ça l’hôtel se trouve dans une ruelle difficile d’accès. Je ne recommande pas

Location is great just short stroll to beach Room was fine. Clean and modern Breakfast good.

No Water available for evening meal. Never been half board and NO drinks available free! £3 for bottle of water is way too much! Even a coffee came at a cost! Evening meal was poor we think. Plenty of meals elsewhere for better price.

THERE WAS NO WARM WATER IN THE BATHROOM. WHEN THIS ISSSUE WAS BROUGHT UP, THE STAFF DID NOT RESPOND IN AN AMIABLE MANNER
