Hotel was great with excellent location and big rooms. The bad part is they are charging me twice and will not provide a refund. I recommend looking at other hotels if you want to keep your money.

I'm not sure how to define the "Tribute" portfolio at Marriott. It's a bit like the Kimpton brand but without all little extra amenities. A little less luxurious maybe? Still it's quirky clean and at least the one in Raleigh is good value for your monel. The Hotel is located in Boylon area of the greater downtown. Boylon is the hipper newer area and has some amazing coffee shops and bakeries. (hint check Boulted Bread a short walk away). If you're part of the Bonvoy reward, at a certain level you get a free breakfast and the hotel doesn't disappoint. The hotel says Southern Charm, but really think more efficient modern, clean and lean. Comfy bed.
