The Casso, Raleigh, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The staff at the front desk were amazing, my view was awesome, my specific perfect bed is very very soft and this was medium, to each their own, but over all I slept well. My fan in the bathroom did not work so the front desk brought me one, I would suggest some white noise machine or a fan to turn on in the room for sleeping.

A Stylish Stay in the Heart of Raleigh! I had a fantastic stay at The Casso! The location is absolutely brilliant—right in the heart of downtown Raleigh, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and has a crisp, upscale vibe throughout. The rooms are beautifully designed, with a lovely scent that immediately makes you feel relaxed and at home. The reception and bar areas are spacious, welcoming, and well thought out—great spots to unwind or catch up with friends. Even the lifts are impressively tall and sleek, adding to the overall aesthetic. Parking was super easy, which was a big plus, but just a heads-up: it’s not included in the room rate and costs $20 per night. Definitely something to keep in mind when booking. Overall, a lovely hotel experience and one I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Raleigh!

The mattress was very comfortable. Room and common areas very clean.

In addition to thin walls and lots of little noises inside, the street noise was louder in the room than on the actual street. The cars, motorcycles and loud people were bad, but also a band that played somewhere on the street kept me awake the entire second night. At 11 pm I had to put on noise cancelling headphones and slept in them, though not much sleep due to the discomfort. Parking was convenient in the garage next door, but also inconvenient to get ticket validated at desk on every return.

This was located in a nice spot in town. Quite close to downtown, without being too close where you get all the hustle & bustle when you’re trying to sleep. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Raleigh!

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Every single thing was fantastic. Every staff person was incredible. They were all helpful, kind, and informative. It was fantastic. The food was delicious. The location was walking close to a lot of fun stuff. Special shout out to everyone at the front desk, along with Oleg and Chris from the bar. Even their suggestions were amazing.
