Stay With Empire- Dickson Road

Didn’t attually stay in the property it was awful the smell of urine and the place is unsafe extinguishers all condemned and the emergency lights wasn’t working so a safe evacuation wouldn’t happen

I’ve no idea what those pictures are of on the website but they weren’t my apartment. Building is in a state of disrepair, room was tatty. Bed was tiny and practically broken, a chair was on its last legs, a window is broken. The shower was unusable. Thanks god it was just one night and cheap or I’d of walked out.

Nothing like pictures. Nowhere to put our clothes. No signal on TV. Bed had broken wheels and you could feel every spring. Cleaning standards were poor.

Cheap and cheerful. This was a budget get away with three children. For the cheap price we paid we weren't expecting much. However the place was secure and clean - really all i cared about. The beds and living room sofa bed weren't the comfiest but we made do. Was in a great location though - literally a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. Plenty of free street parking. The pictures make it look nicer than it is, they should really just take honest pictures and keep the prices as is.

Our family stay did not happen , why cause the apartment was nothing like the pictures that was advertised . Holes in floor, kitchen cupboards hanging off , toilet seat broken , drawers broken , sofa bed springs poking though , front door didn’t shut properly. Loads of flies about . Could not stay at this property. Asked for refund which they refused us so therefore our holiday was ruined . Don’t waste your time or money avoid this place.

The stay was reasonable The communication was not very good, i rang twice since booking to see if we could have early check-in and they said someone would ring me back which they never did, i also had to ring because i never received my code
