Some of the staff was lovely The omelette guy to the left in buffet There was a lady in the Asian food part lovely and a chap Room very big and was upgraded to swim up room which was nice Fridge filled every day with few drinks

Some staff bit short and no manners but not all Some drinks are poorly mixed

I loved the multiple pool options on the property including the swim up pool rooms. The property was exceptionally clean and the staff was excellent as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the 4th floor in the main building was a bit dark. Wish the lighting was brighter.

La comida buffet, los juegos en la playa y la zona de playa

Las habitaciones no me gustaron no iba calidad con precio, y tampoco la piscina que no tenga mayólica y sea puro cemento con el riesgo que nos rallemos y mi esposo se lastimó, no quedé contenta

Restaurants not good enough. Especially Gourmet intended for preferred guests. Terrible service and food quality. Preferred guest. We paid additionally for these services. Other than the pool and rooftop / sunset bar the other 8 or so stated benefits are non existent / not worth anything.

The sunset roof terrace was good.

We paid for the preferred service which was not good value for money. Service generally wasn’t great with the odd exception. The restaurants weren’t great and the buffet was carnage each time. The gourmet in particular was terrible with the service being not very accommodating
