Todo estuvo muy bello, cómodo, la atención, la amabilidad de los empleados, las piscinas muy lindas y las instalaciones en general.

Lo único que no me encantó fue la calidad de la comida del buffet, específicamente el desayuno.

La comida muy buena

El colchón de la cama estaba un poco aguada, cierran muy temprano el truck food de la playa y el alquiler de los kayak y la heladería también cierran temprano y estaban aguados los helados deberían de poner más sillas en donde están las piscinas

El cuarto muy cómodo las piscinas hermosas los empleados son muy amables, atentos y respetuosos

Deben mejorar en la limpieza los empleados dan el máximo pero al haber tantas personas deben analizar si hace falta más empleados para poder mantener los baños que están en las instalaciones más limpio y con papel deben mejorar el manejo de los alimentos para evitar la contaminación y las moscas se meten al buffet parándose en los alimentos las piscinas la cierran muy temprano y las toallas de la piscina de mojarse ya están hueliendo a abombau
