Swim out rooms, food variety, and cleanliness

Staff was hit or miss. Some very friendly and helpful, others indifferent and borderline rude. Food was okay but the service in the restaurants was VERY slow. Waited 90 minutes for food.

Buen hotel, buena relación calidad precio. Muy buena gastronomía y bien organizado el bufet.

Even if there was a lot of people hosted in this hotel, it never felt crowded. Food was in general good, Excepcionally good were the sushi bar and the Italian restaurant (even if in general staff was not the friendliest; in these 2 restaurants we felt very well received) and their food was really good; the sushi they prepare is the highlight of all the meals we tried in this hotel. The service was in general very good either in the beach, the pools or the gym. The service on the beach and in the beach were very good (with friendly staff).

To begin with and this was a big red flag: the sharks that receive you during check in that will use hours of your time to try to sell very aggressively the hotel services and a world wide cheaper accommodation services to bridge Booking or other intermediaries (Expedia, etc.). The sharks confuse you, because you assume it's hotel staff but it's actually another company's. The sales people started in a very friendly way and when they received our negative answer started acting in a hostile and impolite way. In general the staff of the hotel was not very friendly (with its exceptions, thankfully), but in this sense, I have a specific mention: in the seafood restaurant the host was particularly rude. The way he treated us when he couldn't find our reservation (we even showed the screenshot that the system offers of the booking but there were just negatives and excuses even if the restaurant was almost empty, until by miracle he found it), they forced us to choose first and mains all together (they couldn't wait), we had to repeat our options many times because they wouldn't take our order properly. It made us feel quite uncomfortable. If there's a restaurant that we suggest not to go to, is this. The Mexican Restaurant had no Mexican food (just nachos and cheddar from a machine; the rest was the same food from the buffet).
