The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the access to the beach and the kayaks. The pools were nice sizes.

Some common areas like the lobby, the coffee shop, and the one of the buffets didn't have air conditioning, but also lacked functioning fans to cool down due to high temperatures. The elevators in the lobby area were not reliable. Some areas of the hotel, including the room needed some repairs (maintenance). The towels in the rooms looked old and dingy as well as the ropes.

All of the resort was clean, good variety of food. Would recommend pre booking restaurants as soon as you arrive otherwise will get bored of buffet restaurant. Staff friendly and accommodating. Special shout outs to Franklin, Yndha and Esmailyn who made our stay that extra bit special ❤️

Staff tricking guests into a free lunch in the adults only area to only be surprised that they are selling expando memberships for best hotels. Memberships are absolutely unreasonable. People may feel pressured into signing up to something they can’t afford.

Solo me gustó la piscina privada a la que tuvimos acceso por la manilla que compramos y la comida en el bufet no estuvo mal

No me gustó la primera impresión ,no me gustó a enemas que pagamos una habitación Premium y no teníamos ni Gel de baño la primera noche no teníamos cerveza fría ,la playa no la pudimos disfrutar ni un solo día llena de sargazo ,algunos empleados del hotel son demasiado insistentes a la hora de ofrecerte servicios o membresías y algunos empleados de los bares no atienden bien ya que para ellos 1$ y hasta 5$ de propina es poco para ellos escuchamos conversaciones refiriéndose a ese monto de propinas como no aceptables para ellos y no se podría decir algunas cosas más pero no recuerdo ahora

excellent location, gorgeous beach, fast internet,friendly staff. one evening I asked the reception to send me some yogurt in my room. in 30 minutes, I found 3 jars of yogurt in the fridge in the room. Any question to the staff always received a prompt and kind answer.Although I have been traveling for over 25 years, and it is hard to be impressed, I can say that I am pleasantly surprised by this place. It was a dream vacation.
