The area we stayed in was very nice! Walking distance to restaurants, açaí bowls, and ice cream! Parking garage felt safe and was close walk to hotel. Breakfast was a great mix of options! Beds were so comfy!

The shower wouldn’t drain properly, while staff were quick to help, it continued to not drain properly. The pool area has no music, the pool bar is not open during the week during the day only after 5. The pool was rather small, but was still great temperature and allowed us to beat the heat!

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My room was very clean and well maintained. The reason I’m giving it a low score is because I couldn’t sleep during the night due to the thin windows and the trolley/tram bell outside my window. Throughout the night I could hear a bell ringing every 29-30 minutes when the tram stopped at its station down below my window. I use a sleep sound machine and was still woken up by this outside noise. A second factor was the AC unit kept kicking on loudly and not cooling the room efficiently. I would highly recommend asking for a room opposite the side with the tram going by and not staying here in summer months.

Checked in , was too tired wanted an experience and unwind . My room was not cleaned and was stuffy . I hired car next day but no one to guide a gentle man at reception asked me 2-3 times whether am a resident suggesting I don’t belong
