It was nice and quiet in our room.

Kinda disappointed in the size of the pool and no jacuzzi.

This hotel was the PERFECT place to stay for ASU graduation events! Centrally located for Arizona State University stadiums and within walking distance to great restaurants and public transportation. The rooftop pool was delightful! The great front desk staff were very friendly, personable, and helpful! At a very stressful moment at 2:30 am on Friday, May 15th, the front desk person was so kind! He tried diligently to find a taxi service for us, then helped us book transport to the SkyHarbor airport. We could not have done without him! We do not remember if he wore a nametag, but we shall always remember his tireless efforts to secure our ride We shall definitely stay here again!

I love this Hyatt hotel. The location is great. The atmosphere is nice in the rooms are very spacious and I love the decor. The rooms are very comfortable to stay a few days. I will definitely be back when I am able to visit Arizona again.

Not enough staff at bar for graduation time

The hotel was comfortable overall, with good beds and a decent room. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym with a beautiful panoramic city view. The location was also convenient, and overall we had a pleasant stay.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast and service experience. We arrived about one hour before breakfast ended, but several items such as oatmeal, fresh fruit, and pancakes were already gone and were not refilled when requested. For a hotel in this price range, we expected the breakfast to be properly maintained until the end of service. We were also disappointed with the parking charge situation. At check-in, the staff asked how many cars we had, and we clearly said one. However, when it was time to pay, the amount was higher than expected. When we questioned it, we were repeatedly told that the total was correct because of “taxes and fees,” without a clear explanation of the charges. Only after asking for a detailed breakdown did they realize they had charged us for two cars instead of one. The mistake was corrected, but it was frustrating that we had to insist on reviewing the charges ourselves instead of the issue being noticed immediately. Since the hotel is quite expensive, we expected a smoother and more transparent experience overall.
