"Location YES...otherwise...average place and expensive!"

Location is great! Lots of new restaurants in the area! Rooftop pool is sunny and nice, however both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House share one small pool. Breakfast is subpar, but the breakfast staff is great at keeping it stocked. WIFI was awful, they tried to have their IT department help, made it as good as dial up and never got it on my laptop on the 8th floor.

We travel to ASU to visit my daughter and this Hyatt location situated on campus is very convenient for both campus visits and sports event. The front staff is very helpful and very welcoming. I will give Props to Gideon who has always been a friendly and familiar face at the front each time that we have visited in the last 4 years. His professionalism and customer service is greatly noticed and appreciated. He is the Face of this property and hope that he is valued by his managers as much as he is by his guests that visit

"Hyatt Place ASU University Impressed"

Hotel was really close to ASU Campus for a tour. The hotel was clean and well run. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a ton of variety so everyone could find something to eat.

A convenient and walkable hotel for an Arizona State University visit. There are price hikes during the experience days. The hotel is fairly clean and starting to get dated (or at least my room started to look dated).
