"Great location"

Overall room was very clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. There was some noise after 10pm from neighboring rooms but it didn't last long. There is several restaurants within walking distance and lots of other options just a short drive away. Great location if you are visiting ASU.

"Perfect location"

The location is outstanding, especially if you are visiting ASU. The rooftop bar is a gem. Great views. The staff was friendly, happy, and very helpful.

Small rooms. The beds were lumpy. The morning breakfast was barely truck stop quality. The coffee was thin and tasteless.

"Comically bad front desk staff"

The hotel amenities were nice, but the staff were the least hospitable staff I've ever encountered. The way they treated guests should be an SNL skit. We felt like dirt beneath their feet every time we passed the front desk. They were having a great time with each other, but all the guests were a burden to them. Would not stay here again.
