Excellent location, easy to get in, clean and spacious house for our small family.

We stayed in winter (June) and felt the house was extremely cold. Worth noting. Has Fireplace heat pump and extra blankets to help. Should be alright for summer though.

Neat little cottage that suited our needs for a one night stay. Comfortable.

We didn't receive a message to enable access to the property - the property had a for sale sign at the front so we were able to call the number on the sign and track who we were supposed to get keys from - as it turned out the sales agent had accidently left the property unlocked so we were able to gain access until we got to speak with someone anyway. Felt a bit disorganised.

Electric switches are in several different places. Some are not easy to find. Some lightning does not function very well, and even certain types do not work. Heating pads underneath the bedding mattress were not properly placed. The recommendations team tried to upsell their tourism packages without my prior consent, which makes me annoyed.

The BBQ was a bonus

Rather concerned to see a for sale sign on arrival. For a couple the rate was expensive however for a family of 4 good value.

"Stargazing"

Great location easy 5 min stroll into the main area of Lake Tekapo for shops and restaurants. Awesome shower lovely and hot with great water pressure. Comfy accommodation for 4 adults. From the front porch after dark you could see the Milky way and all the stars. Star gazing was an added bonus as both night's were clear skies. If it was winter even had a log burner stove but we did not need it and would definitely stay again.
