לקחנו חדר ללא ארוחת בוקר. קיבלנו חדר מושלם גדול ומרווח עם חלון פנורמי ונוף מהמם. החדר היה נקי מאד ומפנק. המיקום טוב מאד מרחק הליכה מתחבורה ציבורית וממקומות מרכזיים. ביקרנו בספא בתשלום נוסף ששווה כל שקל כולל מסאז' שהיה טוב אם כי ציפיתי ליותר במחיר הזה וברמת המלון הזה. בגדול הספא הוא אחד הטובים שהייתי בהם וממליצה מאד לא לוותר

צוות הקבלה היה קצת לא נעים. אפשר לחייך יותר ולתת יותר שירות. ניגשתי לשאול משהו אז אמרו לי כל המידע מופיע על המסך בחדר - זו בעיני לא תשובה של צוות שאמור לתת מידע ולדאוג לאורחים.

חדרים מאוד מרווחים , הכל נקי ומצוחצח , כל המסעדות במלון , הספא ברמה גבוהה מאוד צוות הקבלה זמין לכל פנייה , עם מלון ברמה הזו אין מה לחפש בחוץ
