Large room. Breakfast excellent. Staff at breakfast incredible with excellent memories for special requests and speedy service. Reception is different; indifferent and often unhelpful particularly the male staff.

See above. Not certain the purpose of concierge with help with taxis. They were never there to help. Restaurants variable quality
