booked this hotel through Booking.com specifically because the listing mentioned a spa as part of the hotel facilities. However, upon arrival, I was informed that spa access is not included for guests who book via Booking.com. Instead, I was asked to pay €40 for a single entry, which was never mentioned during the booking process. This feels misleading and disappointing. If spa access requires an additional fee, it should be clearly stated in the listing to avoid confusion and frustration. Transparency is key when advertising hotel amenities.

The breakfast, both food quality and venue could be definitely improved. Also the fact that access to the SPA area isn't included and you need to pay 40 euros per person is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel, and this room price range.

Good location and big comfortable bed

Staff -not all but most of them- not interested in customers. Housekeeping only cleaned what’s in sight. Hair strings were left in the tub for 4 days!!!
