Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Amazing place to stay. So much space for our 4 person family - it was great to be able to come back after a long day in Chicago and have our own spaces to relax in, instead of being stuck in the same room. The location was perfect, such a nice neighborhood and walkable to many great experiences.

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST HOTEL/WHATEVER I'VE EVER STAYED IN. Visible and smellable mold in bathroom, dirty underwear underneath the couch. Yuck. Communication is just terrible w/"virtual" concierge. Had no idea how to park/validate, and the black woman at the front (I'm black, too) wouldn't look up when I said Hello twice, then proceeded to scream at me when I asked how to check in. UGH. AVOID THIS PLACE. This is supposed to be better than a hotel? I think not.

Great communication and location. A perfect place to explore Chicago...easy transit and walkable. We loved it!

Would visit again! Loved everything about it except the couch could use a (washable) throw blanket for snuggling when watching tv :)

Constant communication in advance, a wonderful furnished "studio" apartment (the bedroom doesn't have a door but is separate from the living area, which is nice, amazing location near the Red Line and Brown/Purple Lines. Lots of stores and great restaurants nearby. We had some issues getting our luggage stored but they resolved it pretty quickly.

Pretty much 5 star review across the board, but the 4 star was given as a view things in rental could be updated. The bedroom blinds where broken and would not close (which I made aware immediately and they were going to come to fix) wall by stove had spots of grease on it. The coffee table and couch could use updating as they have some wear and tear, but over all we made do and it did not ruin our stay. When I noticed that there was no Keurig when I got in the apartment after it said most units had it, I immediately asked and they were on it and found me one before the end of the night, so they were great with communication!

Nice location, nice kitchen and laundry was handy. Pull out bed was not comfortable at all, however after a request, Kasa provided a mattress topper which was much better. We had a couple of other maintenance issues but were resolved quickly. Kasa had very good communication and checked in with us daily and was very responsive when we contacted them. The room was well stocked with supplies to get us started.
