Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

The space and amenities is definitely worth the coins spent! The furniture in the deluxe rooms could use an upgrades. Overall, I highly recommend.

The condo was very nice in most ways. Great communication, easy in and out, nice KASA check in gentleman. Bedroom dressers could be replaced but not a big deal. Located centrally and safe.

The property was lovely! My family and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the amenities!

Overall a great place at a great location. Check in was easy. There was an issue with the kitchen sink garbage disposal (switch didn't work), and the bathroom did have a little bit of a smell after first day of use, but everything else was normal and in great comfort and condition!

It was a great property to stay at, definitely would book again!

I stayed solo in studio queen room for 8 nights. They offer 4pm checkin but I got text stating it would be ready for 4:30pm checkin and I got a text around 7:30pm that room was ready. All of did not affect me personally since I was in a flight to Chicago so I got to my room around 8:30pm. However if I was in Chicago earlier I would have been frustrated with checkin time. The apartment studio was spacious, queen bed was comfy, bathroom has tub and good shower and provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/handsoap but no body lotion. The toilet flow was weak. Kitchen was a normal apartment kitchen plus an oven. Balcony had table and 2 chairs. Washer and dryer was nice to have. AC worked ok but it takes awhile to get cold. Wifi was good. Tv worked but no regular basic cable channels. Whole Foods and subway train was block away. I did not have car so I don’t know about parking situation. I wish there were more bright lights in common area/bed area. The only real complaint I have is noise level, you can hear everything in the hallway so people talking or getting off elevator, but the worse noise came from outside where there were sirens from cops/ambulance/fire trucks almost every couple hours and the windows must not be thick as it sounded like sirens were right next to me and I was on 19th floor. I lived in Manhattan for 20 years and I never heard this much sirens in my life. If you are sensitive to noise during the night, you might want earplugs. Overall a good stay.

Great location

This is my third stay with Kasa at this location and this location could not be better the unit is walking distance from everything! The unit is extremely clean, well equipped and I’m always surprised how large it is. I was unlocking my door when a nice young lady came up to tell me she needed to replace a light bulb in the bedroom lamp which is impressive because I didn’t know that it needed replacing. She told me she was located in the building which allows them to take care of any issue. My stay there was great and I will be happy to book there again during my next trip.

Spacious and walkable to magnificent mile and other sites. Also red line stop nearby

We celebrated our anniversary in a premium one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed. It was beautifully designed, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The apartment also has a corner balcony with a beautiful view. The location was ideal, situated in a vibrant area just a few blocks from the renowned Magnificent Mile. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there if we ever visit Chicago again.
