Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Good location, but room wasn’t ready when promised and not as clean or well maintained as advertised

We enjoyed our time here. The location couldn’t have been better and the view from our 15th Story apartment was stellar. The Water Tower and Hancock Center are five minute walks. Also, While Foods is right across the street. The apartment was sleek and modern and spacious. It even had two bathrooms which was great. The private balcony was also awesome. My only criticism is the late check-in time. I would’ve liked that to be earlier.

We loved our stay at Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Check in was straightforward and easy and information was easy to access and comprehend. The suite itself was a great set up for our family of five with great city views, comfy beds and linens and everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The suite was surface clean but could use a deeper cleaning, and it could be stocked a bit better with the accurate amount of dishes per guest etc but nothing that would've changed our great experience here, we'd definitely choose to stay with Kasa again.

They last minute rejected my reservation based on outdated background check. Had an amazing experience at another place instead.

The most fabulous view and studio ever!

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Very convenient to shopping, dining and subway access to red line.

The apartment was very nice! Great views of the city from balcony. Large king bed. The only thing that could be improved was the mattress on the sofa bed. It was lumpy. I’d recommend changing it for a memory foam. The area around apartment was very nice with many restaurants within walking distance. You can’t go in and out of parking garage but I’m sure that’s not something Kasa regulates. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just as described. Perfect space for two couples. It’s a great, safe location and walking distance to many attractions. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet minus the street noises that we were expecting since we were in the middle of downtown. We appreciated the white noise machines that were provided. There were a couple of things that would have made this a five out of five for us. The parking situation was not easy. And we would have appreciated having room darkening shades in the twin bedroom, where the sun rose every morning. There were room darkening shades in the master. Other than those two minor things it was perfect.

Perfect Location 10/10.. clean Apartment 10/10 check in was easy hostess very helpful quickly responded I would definitely book here again nice appliances everything you need when traveling… bed 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the second time we have stayed with Kasa in Chicago (both South Loop and near the Miracle Mile) and have had very good experiences both times. The space is comfortable, clean, and super well located.
