Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Over all I recommend this property. However bathroom was not clean which was only one bad point. Wall of the bathtub was covered by black algie fungus which can be cleaned by bleach and brushing to disinfect. This was only issued I had.

The SQ. And the washer and drier. Very useful

Location was great. The building was great and the gym was perfect. The apartment was well suited for 3 women on a weekend trip. The apartment was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately, there was a very strange smell in the apartment that got stronger as the stay continued. At first we thought it was cleaning products but later it seemed like the cleaning products may have been masking underlying issues or mildew. When we got home all of our clothes and bags smelled like it.

This was a lovely residential building. Our unit had excellent city views and was clean and well stocked. The building staff was polite and helpful. The Kasa communications were clear and helpful.

Kasa apartments are two blocks away from Magnificent mile street. It is a really nice area and there are a lot of attractions close by. We had a wonderful time!!

Kasa was such an excellent choice for our week in Chicago! As a family of five, it’s tough finding a space big enough for us to spread out and getting two hotel rooms is such a hassle. Our Kasa 2-bed gave everyone separate spaces and we loved being able to cook up an easy breakfast before hitting the city. (Not to mention the in-suite laundry, which is a huge bonus with spill-prone little kids.) And the views of the city! Our balcony looked down on Holy Name Cathedral and across to the Hancock and gave the kids a true feel for downtown living. I will 100% look for Kasa properties for our extended stays anywhere — it truly makes traveling to a city with kids both easy and a great value for this level of experience.

This will be my go-to stay when I visit Chicago in the future! Beautiful building, comfy room, convenient parking, and right next to the train. 10/10 I loved it!
