Staff behavior was excellent. Food was good (would love to see more options), Beautifully placed property, Mr.Erenga (hopefully I spelled it right) was very very kind and nice to us and took proper care for us from Olive Restaurant Huge and well maintained swimming pool. Beach was so close and accessible Room was very spacious and nice and clean. Room service was also very good.

Little language issue was there, as what we were trying to say at times was not correctly read or understood with some staff members. They should have a proper smoking zone as while our stay many tourists were smoking all over the place in common areas Property people should take care of that. The bathroom shower area they need to check properly before handing over the room to the guests as even after closing the glass door, water used to flow out from below and make the rest of the bathroom wet. Engineer needs to check that.

It was a wonderful trip, amazing country, amazing hotel. Very calm, very client oriented. Thank you very much for tasty breakfasts and dinners. Best pool ever, always available sunbeds, wonderful beach. Really recommend. As for the excursions, near the beach a great guy And will always help you, we visited Ella and safari trip with him, he really work good, knows all the spots.

My wife and I spent 7 fantastic days at the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort, and it was all about the people there. I had an accident the day before arriving to the hotel and was forced to be off my feet for the entire stay. The employees seemed to have a competition to see which one would take care of me more. Starting with Nimesha who greeted me upon check in and constantly followed up with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. She was just amazing. Every day at the restaurant Dewminiand and Kaveesha would take care of whatever I wished. The buffet selection is absolutely fantastic and they'd procure everything so I wouldn't need to leave my table. Over by the pool side Dinuka would always run to take over the wheelchair-pushing duties from my wife and help me to find a comfortable lounge for resting. Special mention goes to Suranga from maintenance that saw me struggling and manufactured a walking stick so I could improve my mobility. There were many others that were always there to help so my apologies if I didn't remember their name. The hotel is beautiful and the upgraded room with ocean view was spectacular. We were able to watch the sunset each evening from our balcony for a very relaxing ending of the day.

We have had the most amazing time at the Sheraton. We have had a 4 day stay and we have been treated like royalty. Every member of staff from the pool attendants, pool bar staff (Kasun) and all the other bar staff( struggling with names but all working at poolside)were very welcoming and spent time talking to us. On our last night in the restaurant we was absolutely delighted to find our table had been decorated to thank us. We was also given a handmade card. ❤️The food (excellent) and the restaurant staff were always smiling and kind . Our time here will always be a very good memory and made us feel very special. Big thank you also to Manugie who was very welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel
