Good for the price.

Area around was nice! Safe, updated hotel . Shower didn’t drain , yet told desk at check out!

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast food was great. Only complaint was we couldn't get the TV to work.

New, modern and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room was very nice and clean; the staff was great. The bed was VERY hard, which made it difficult for me to sleep. We had issues every day with the water in the bathroom, i.e., one day I was almost scalded in the shower, because there was no cold water; the next three days, the water would start out warm, then instantly turned cold. The staff informed us that they were having issues on the entire first floor. We would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn in Hastings, Nebraska if we ever travel through there again.

The breakfast wasnt handled well. Each morning there was almost not food when we went down. First morning we went down at 8 and there was no coffee, barely any food, and mutiple people were without food. The "cook" was not keeping any food or coffee up to stock. The second morning, same deal, but we went down at 7 and there was no coffee, barely any food again, and my girlfriend got hot water for tea, but it tasted like old stale coffee. The water container was not rinsed out. The trash cans on all floors and outside of hotel were over flowing. Very disgusting enviornment. Overall, will not be staying here again.
