"Wow Front desk wow."

Please read to the end. Ok hotel was amazing. Staff was very very friendly. Breakfast rooms were amazing. However The front desk staff gave our room key to an x girlfriend who realized I was in town. So I woke up from a nap and wow not acceptable.

"The hotel was not located where booking claimed it was. Wrecked my new years even plans."

The hotel location was about 1000 miles from where according to booking results claim it was. The hotel was listed on booking as being located in Hastings Minnesota and was actually located in Hasting NE. I want my money back since it was your computer error that mixed up the hotel locations.

The room and bathroom were large. Had plenty of room.

We like the room on the cold side while sleeping. Couldn't get that accomplished the 2nd night, ( a/c wouldn't come on). Ended up turning the heat off, which resulted in the fan not running. Due to that, air wasn't circulating.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Facilities were very clean and quiet. Especially loved the self serve beer and wine selections. It was nice not having to go out for drink.
