ONE11 Hotel

The hotel is an old factory that has been renovated. Rooms are beautiful and very clean!

Breakfast has to improve, it was really scarce and not good quality.

Great location and fairly quiet. Room was small. Bathroom door is a barn door that leaves a gap that a toddler can get through. It leaves no bathroom privacy. No fan in the bathroom. Shower water pressure was weak. There’s no housekeeping which is horrible when you count on it- this explains why there is no privacy door knob hanger to use. The free breakfast is nothing more than a continental with yogurt and bagels which is good but not great. Elevators are slow.

Hidden gem of the hotel is the 8th floor rooftop, when we’d had enough of the busy bars we sat on the roof in the evening. Fairly central location, rooms were smaller than your usual but they were clean and the beds incredibly comfortable.

Great boutique hotel. Wonderful location. Friendly staff. Only thing lacking is the breakfast but lots of restaurant options nearby. Would definately recommend if you are looking for another option from large chain hotels.

Loved this place and to our surprise close to festival. Only complaint is that the car had very short hours. Bring your own so you can enjoy the great rooftop.

Great hotel only downside to staying here is there is no microwave or mini refrigerators in the rooms or throughout the hotel. Also placement of the television needs wall mounts so you can adjust the view to not get a crooked in your neck.

No gym and very small pool. Breakfast is free but not great.

I had a great experience staying in the heart of New Orleans. Very walkable area and near the movie theater too! Thanks again to the hotel staff for letting me check in early!
