ONE11 Hotel

Hotel couldn’t be more beautiful! Location in my opinion was spectacular compared to all the other hotels in New Orleans. Small, near the indoor mall, away from the chaos and near parking. The staff were amazing and attentive. Double queen beds were so comfortable, clean rooms, beautiful lit bathroom with a chair and table to do makeup at. Only complaint I have is regarding breakfast, changing the menu here and there would be great we had breakfast for 6 days and it was all the same. We need more protein!!! Too many carb options, and someone that is dairy free I would appreciate proteins besides boiled eggs everyday.

This historic building converted into a hotel is beautiful!! Would definitely recommend for New Orleans visitors. Walking distance from attractions and the New Orleans port. Love the aesthetic and huge beams. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and drinks at the bar. We will stay here again.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Lage top um das French Quarter zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Das Frühstück war eher spartanisch (es gab z.B. kein Rührei, Würstchen o.Ä.), der Pool sauber, aber sehr klein und die Bilder auf Booking.com suggerieren eine große Dachterasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, die gehören aber scheinbar zu den Suiten und sind nicht betretbar.

Could not sleep due to loud trains passing by the hotel all night long. We requested a room change, but front desk stated that all rooms were loud.

Non existent staff. No one around for 15+ minutes on check in. Not sure where the workers were. Could not check out as no one was there. Had a request for the room to have more hangers as on a business trip. Had to ask 5 times for it to happen. Staff is either not there or just lounging around on their phone or chatting with the bartender. Really bad breakfast not worth the "resort fee." Always out of things and never refilling. Took over 10 minutes at 8 AM in the morning for any staff to come around to finally tell them they were out of coffee. The only reason to stay here is the location. It is not boutique and has no positives outside of the location.

Great location. Small and cozy hotel. It felt very boutique like. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and unique!

Noise from trains. Value for what we paid

The hotel was kept way too cold. Everyone was complaining about it, but staff didn’t adjust temperature. Also the sound of the trains roaring by disrupted sleep.
