ONE11 Hotel

One11 is a great hotel that sits within walking distance of the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, and Jackson Square. The staff were warm and friendly, the continental breakfast was a nice touch to allow for some sustenance prior to exploring all of the wonderful things that New Orleans has to offer

Great location! Right next to canal street and easy walk to bourbon and really the places you wanna go in the city. I did feel like the front desk staff was rude, didn’t tells us about any of the amenities available, such as the gym across the street which honestly is very very old, our the daily breakfast, or the rooftop. I did request our room to be cleaned everyday and that probably didn’t happen until 3/4pm, which I would prefer my room to be cleaned before I get back from my activities during the day and not interrupt my getting ready for dinner time. Overall it’s clean hotel and a great location, I would recommend but realize because it’s more of a boutique hotel they are lacking that professionalism that you would get from a larger chain

One11 is in a great location for experiencing all of New Orleans and a pleasure to stay in quality hotel that is unique and not just another big brand. Highly recommended!!

The property has the perfect location to everything - great food and great music as well as sites to see.

Breakfast was kind of late (7:30 AM) and it would have been nice to have some vegetables or cheeses as a selection.

Fantastic location in a stylish, comfortable historic building . Would’ve liked more breakfast options, but great that it was included with stay.

Good location a bit away from the craziness of Bourbon Street - but not a far walk from all the sites in NOLA. Very chic and clean, with lemon water & coffee available in the lobby. We were happy to not have to buy water bottles! Daily breakfast was good, as was the happy hour. Cute small pool in a courtyard. The maid service was a bit of a pain - must be requested early in the day, also if you just want towels replaced. Not a big deal, but because it’s a hotel you kind of expect daily service without having to ask. Also, the bathroom is stylish, but not very private - ok for us because we are family, but might be uncomfortable for some people. All in all, it’s a nice spot in a good location.

Hotel was in a great location. The lobby was very comfortable and well appointed for meeting our group and making plans. The property was clean and no waiting for elevators.
