ONE11 Hotel

Hotel One11 Boutique is an excellent option if you want to stay near the action without being in the middle of the noise. Located in the shadow of the Westin, it’s an easy walk to Bourbon Street, the Convention Center, multiple restaurants, and both outlet and premium shopping. The property feels clean, safe, and notably quiet—an uncommon combination in this part of New Orleans. The loft-style rooms are well appointed with a modern, upscale aesthetic. Linens were high quality, and the overall design conveys understated sophistication. A major plus is the full gym directly across the street, which far exceeds the typical hotel fitness center in both equipment and space. A few notes: the showers are water-saver style, and my room did not have grab bars or appear ADA compliant, so accessibility may be limited depending on room type. Overall, this is a polished boutique hotel offering comfort, style, and location—without the chaos often associated with the French Quarter.

Nice location

This was the first time I had run across One 11 Hotel. It sounded great and in a location that we have not spent a lot of time. The coffee maker in the room was a big plus as well as the continental breakfast. We were very satisfied with our room and our stay. Other than the noise from the train, which they prepare you with ear plugs. The room and bathroom were spacious. We could view the Mississippi River from our room. It will definitely be on our repeat list!

Great location and building was a really lovely warehouse style. Aesthetically was very beautiful

The continental breakfast was a big let down. It was basic at best. Had I known, I would have saved the extra cost and just went for breakfast elsewhere (which we did on several mornings). There is so much attention to detail, but added extras like a fridge and kettle in the room would have been great and toilet brush! The noise from the nearby rail track and river also woke us up daily from around 4am, as there’s no soundproofing on the windows

I loved how clean it was and how central it was to everything I wanted to do in New Orleans. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to NOLA.

It was far away from Bourbon Street that you didn’t hear much noise, but close enough to walk. I loved that the pool was heated.
