"Very horrible"

There were only 2 staff members that were polite. We were told housekeeping would come every 4 days and they didn't come. When asked about it we were told they would come the next day and they didn't. In the 4 weeks we were there the sheets were only changed twice. The bathroom was only cleaned once. Very unsanitary hotel. They let the trash pile up in the outside cans that they overflowed.

The high preference room available which I like corridor to the stairs. New smell A/C comfy comfortable all of the above. Very good stay pleased as always! Amazing
