My Place Hotel-Shakopee, MN

The front gal was very nice.

Very gross room. Bed was lumpy and about 6” off the ground. Was like it lost it’s legs or had no box spring. wall were gross looking. Could not tell if it was poor paint or something on the wall. No shower curtain. stains, very visible very gross looking red stains. We just left after we opened the room. We did not alert staff as they obviously do not care what it looked like. I am very very disappointed and will not be staying there or any of your brands hotels. Just nasty.

Location to Valleyfair and hotel cleanliness. I found the kitchenette having a large fridge very handy. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Nothing not to like.

Soothing great kitchen super clean peaceful

Worst experience found cockroaches in my room the guy working at night said throw it away and didn't even change my room. Had a kitchenette but they force you to buy any cookware it's not in the room like normal. The beds are so thin you feel all the springs. Halls have a weird smell. Just an all around bad place to stay. They claim to have room service but it's stuff they microwave and bring tothe room IF YOU'RE LUCKY they MIGHT bring it.

Place is decent. Only negative thing is nothing is really around there for food or drinks. You have to drive awhile to get to somewhere.

Traffic through the parking lot was very noisy at night. No plates or cooking utensils even though it had a cooktop and full fridge.

To start out the room stank upon entering it. I noticed that every time the AC unit turned on a strong smell of mildew and a feet smell came out of it. I woke up every morning with a sore throat which I contribute to the AC unit. There were blood stains on the wall and floor in the bathroom as well. Outside of that the hotel was quiet and had decent area to walk for my dog. However I don’t think I will be staying here again due to those other issues.
