breakfast eggs were cold as are most breakfasts. plenty of choices (except waffles). Nice hotel.

I traveled with my 22 year old son for appts he had at Mayo. The walk was less than 10 minutes, the breakfast was really good. I didn't know there was a hot tub but that was nice and clean. The 4th floor terrace was nice to go sit on and relax before heading out for stressful appts.

It was a welcoming, clean hotel. A short, 1/3 mile walk to Mayo or catch the free shuttle to Mayo. Breakfast was fresh and ok for a quick breakfast before a busy day.

I was charged by both booking.com and the Hyatt house. No one told me. I noticed on my credit card statement and called to get my money back.
