Hyatt House Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

Great hotel and very close to Mayo and downtown, Clean, modern, and a great free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was the most helpful. The rooms were spacious. We were going to the Mayo and it felt like home away from home. They serve soup everyday which warmed us up after a long Mayo day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Got an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet in the room. All the staff were friendly. The location was convenient. Hotel was a good value. A fee is charged for the parking garage and the garage fills up so we had to park on the street one night.

This is a dog friendly hotel. If you have allergies… don’t stay. We were placed next to a room with a barking dog…. Ff and on for several hours. Not a pleasant experience. Outlets in the room are hit and miss in terms of working. Toilet is a low seat. No luggage holder, so it’s on the floor. Parking garage and closeness to Mayo are a plus.

Location is great & the shuttle runs like clock work. The staff can’t be beat, and it is a very clean calm environment. Breakfast is great & the rooms spacious, well thought out and extremely clean.

The staff were very accommodating with our group and sales staff were very easy to work with regarding our room block and meeting room space. Breakfast area was clean, offered a good variety of hot and cold items, used stainless steel flatware (instead of plastic), and the space in which to dine was spacious and quiet. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and having the kitchen with dishwasher was very helpful for us.

No, they didn’t allow knee hockey but their hospitality made up for it. Nancy at the front desk was AMAZING. She went above and beyond helping me with our reservation mix up (my fault). The room was clean, quiet and large. The team had a great time at the pool and we made great use of the conference room. Thank you again Hyatt!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room, including a very comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Good blackout curtains. Good breakfast. We had no complaints and would would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Mayo Clinic. we were able to walk to the Clinic. Breakfast was good. They also offered a shuttle to the Clinic.
