Breakfast was good.

No information in the room about the hotel, hours for pool, location of pool, restraunts nearby.

Easy check in. Appreciated having wheelchair available. Convenient parking.

We had a great stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the parking lot doesn’t have enough space for all the guests. Parking is free though if you get a spot.

Best place to stay compared to surrounding hotels. Full parking was a problem at times. Clean and nice room. Outlets were in bad shape.

John at the front desk was not welcoming in any way. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged whilst standing in front of him. He reprimanded me for showing up early but that was only because we were notified that our room was ready & we could check-in whenever we'd like. I'm not sure if there are other front desk workers so I can't speak on my experience with them but my experience with check-in/out process was bad enough for me to hop on here to write a review, so do what you'd like with that information. Room was nice & clean. We opted for the 2 queen bed suite so it was a larger room, which felt luxurious. Free breakfast was great too. Johnny N. at the breakfast buffet is amazing & super kind & helpful! My daughter spilled apple juice & he was quick to help clean up & made sure she didn't feel any shame about it. It's not on the hotel in any way but there were 3 incidences of a train passing by during the nighttime & each time, the train horn blared so loud (naturally since the tracks were right outside). Even with sound machine going on, it was very disruptive to sleep & of course, not in any way the hotel's fault but just as an FYI if you do stay here.

Great hotel for a great price. Clean and great rooms. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast each morning. Join the rewards club.

Our room had a weird speaker device hanging off the cut out in the sheetrock. Ok. But then when i showered the next morning, the shower handle is so old and abused, i could barely turn it on. Then my husband tried to help and couldn't believe how bad it was, you couldn't turn it back. The front desk was notified in the morning in early hours but never came to fix and never offered us a different room. So we had to stay the reminder of our time without showers! The outside light up was completely broken and not on. Im really surprised by the reviews, must be just the plain bar that gets people in...very upsetting to pay this much for the days of no showering.

Didnt stay at property. I accidentally booked Rochester, MN instead of Rochester, NY and within 5 minutes of the error I called hotel and I was told that I would be honored a full refund due to the nature of error. The next morning I recieve email stating that my refund was denied, that the pilicy had to be followed. Thats really messed up, because it wasn't like I was canceling reservations after hrs of making it.. I attemoted to cancel it not even 5 minutes after booking it once I realized the error.
