Very friendly and exceptional staff. Always a pleasant stay. Rooms are always clean and staff responds right away if there is an issue. We always stay here when I have appointments at the Mayo Clinic. They are very flexible if stays needed to be changed, canceled or late checkouts were requested due to a change or late Mayo Clinic appointments. Breakfast is always a treat at the beginning of each morning.

"Great place to stay"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We really did like all the options at their complementary breakfast. During the week they had soup in the evening and that was very nice when we did feel like going anywhere.

extremely helpful and friendly staff all around whether front desk staff, cleaning staff, housekeeping, staff, breakfast bar staff. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The beds were so comfortable that I would like to get one for my home bed!

Convenience to hospital

We did not need the second night stay as I did not know if i would be releathe same day of surgery. Hotel would not refund me the one night not needed. Can anything be done by booking.com?

"Great place to stay!"

I love staying at the Hyatt House/Mayo in Rochester MN. The staff is amazing and they remember you! The breakfast is great and they have soup M-Th which is a definite bonus. The hotel is 3 blocks-an easy walk- from Mayo or you can take the hourly shuttle. The hot tub and pool are a nice bonus. The rooms have always been clean! There is ramp parking for a fee unless you are there for cancer appointments, then check with patient navigator at Mayo and they can help with reduced prices. If you need anything, check with Beth at the desk or Johnny at Breakfast!!!

Mayo Clinic appt. Shuttle to and from Mayo made my trip a lot less stressful. Easy to catch, comfortable bus and ride. Nicely appointed room, very nice shower.
