Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Room rate is included compulsory dinner for 2 persons per room (food only), as follow dates: - Gala dinner on New Year Eve 31st Dec 2024 - Buffet dinner on 30th Apr 2024 & 02nd Sep 2024 – Buffet dinner on every Saturday from 15th May 2024 to 31st Aug 2024 at Indochine Kitchen, price is for per person. Surcharge for extra persons from 5 yrs will be applied as hotel policy and paid separately upon arrival. Saturday seafood buffet starts from 15/05-02/09. Surcharge for children from 5 to under 12 years at VND 210,000++ (Breakfast), VND 650,000++ (Gala dinner on New Year Eve) & VND 550,000++ (Buffet dinner), per kid per meal (food only), paid at hotel upon arrival.

Everything! It was the highlight of our stay in Vietnam. Stunning hotel, rooms were great and having the beach was a fabulous bonus. Staff were excellent and very helpful

That we didn’t stay longer! Or that we didn’t book another of their hotels on our travels.

Luxurious hotel on South end of cat ba. Nice rooms, fantastic view. Breakfast spread was amazing and full of variety. Pools were really nice. Incredible for sunset views. 10 minute walk to main town

Nice location, big rooms, friendly staff and good food.

Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Lot’s of kids misbehaving at the pool or playing in the restaurant.

"A great hotel in a great location in a great island."

The location of this hotel was fantastic. The room was exceptional and the views were to die for. The breakfast selection was first class and the rest of the hotel facilities were great as well. We used their fitness room and it was very well set out, and their games room as well. To top it off the swim up bar was fanatastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

The most amazing hotel .. the staff are the best I’ve experienced the rooms are magnificent the facilities outstanding … the kitchens are world class .. do not hesitate to stay here ..wonderful 10/10
