The only thing I likes about the hotel is the scenery and appreciated the idea whoever came with this project and built the hotel there. The natural beauty and all the little details that the architecture made. The person who designed it, really thought out.

Wow where to start. This hotel is more catered to Vietnamese people that doesn’t have class. You can have money but not class. It’s all like village-e attitude with picking toe nails at the lobby. Sitting down with the legs up on the couch and all that. This hotel entry has two roads at the entry. One to the hotel and one to the public beach. When we were driving our bike through the entrance the low-life guests judged us thinking we are some backpackers and not staying at the hotel. He yelled at us to put the bike outside and tried to get money from us. Our first experience is already terrible. On the second step (the place you check-in) is sooo chaotic. It’s a beautiful location but you feel like you just walked into a fish market. 100% of the screaming & yelling from viets. They should have a different room to check in. It was bad. Upon explaining the situation, the hotel kept saying sorry and try to small talk but this is not how you handle disappointed customers. They didn’t offer anything complimentary or even didn’t let us check out on the time we requested. They could have done something. They absolutely didn’t try to make anything better. The duty manager as the actual manager was absent was not personable at all. Ms Uyen shouldn’t be in charge of handling customers. Her demeanor and everything about her was not comforting. Also she lied about how there will be a guest in our room but it was. Lie. Later we asked one of the other staff to check if we can extend (as a test) and she said yes we can as the room was not booked for anyone. So she lied. This was so unnecessary. It costs absolutely nothing to do these little things when we had such a bad experience at the entry. But nothing was done. The food is really not worth. Please don’t eat there. It’s lacking flavor and depth. Mediocre at best. Breakfast was only good -okay-ish on the first day but not on the second day. I will post pictures on another platform how the rooms are really not...

There's lots to like at this hotel. The breakfast is incredible and you can't beat the views, especially from the 11th floor pool which was always basically empty. It's got great gym facilities and places for relaxing. There were a few days when we didn't leave the resort because we're lazy its got everything you need.

As you may expect at a five star it's a bit pricier than outside the resort. Water was the most shocking, 70,000 VND (80,000 when they add VAT and service charge) for 0.5 litres. If you leave the resort though you can find 1.5 litres for 15.000 VND and if you're feeling sneaky you can fill it back up at the water cooler in the gym. Also! Think again if you want to use the laundry service. We spent close to £60 (2,000,000 VND) for 2-3 grams of laundry. Just stay stinky.

Wifi: quite slow

The room was excellent. The pools and views were great. Great breakfast.

Some of the staff were quite inattentive with service.
